HUMAN DESIGN EXPERIENCE

IN RELATION TO TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS

Patrick Gerber

The relationship between technology and design is one that is long standing. In my thesis, “Human Design Experience in Relation to Technological Developments,” we explore this beautiful union. As with most things in life, design motivations are historic. By looking at the past for a historical framework the modern designer can understand the human experience of design in light of technological developments. Understanding the ebb and flow of relational thinking enables the modern designer to position themself in an advantageous position and allows them to be on the forefront of design.
